**6-1油田位于渤海灣**。**6-1油田5-1、5-2、6-1區(qū)塊開發(fā)項目包括**6座無人平臺KL6-1WHPB~G，1座中心平臺KL6-1CEP和BZ35-2CEPA棧橋連接。KL6-1CEP處理井口平臺KL6-1WHPB~G、BZ35-2CEPA以及BZ29-6來液。處理成合格原油后經(jīng)過**海底管道由KL6-1 CEP輸送至KL3-2 CEPA，最終輸送到**終端。

交貨期：國內(nèi)交貨要求2022年2月16日到達****海工場地,國外交貨要求2022年1月31日CIF**港。

2.資格標準：

★注水泵應(yīng)為軸向剖分多級離心泵（BB3）。

★注水泵橇需按照《海上固定平**全規(guī)則》的要求進行設(shè)計、制造、認證和檢驗。投標人應(yīng)委托國家****總局****辦公室（COOOSO****船級社（ABS，Lloyd’s，DNV，CCS，BV）對注水泵設(shè)備整體進行檢驗并獲得檢驗證書。

★投標人所投標的注水泵橇應(yīng)為制造商（即泵的制造商及泵橇的成橇商）的成熟產(chǎn)品，買方不接受新試制產(chǎn)品。制造商應(yīng)具有至少1個項目（限2010 年1 月1 日之后簽訂的合同，BB3泵型、排量≥300m3/h、揚程≥1000m）在海洋石油平臺或FPSO運行2年及以上（從調(diào)試驗收報告簽字日期或使用方出具的運行時間證明文件起計）的業(yè)績。并提供相應(yīng)的書面材料（書面材料是指:合同及調(diào)試驗收報告或合同及使用方出具的有效證明文件）；上述文件中如未包含設(shè)備的揚程、排量、所在設(shè)施的名稱及使用方信息，投標人應(yīng)提供有效說明文件。為核實投標人業(yè)績，在授予合同前招標人有權(quán)要求投標人進一步提供相關(guān)證明資料，包括但不限于技術(shù)協(xié)議或技術(shù)澄清紀要、圖紙和計算書等技術(shù)文件、****船級社出具證書、發(fā)票、銀行進賬單/流水單、進出口報關(guān)單據(jù)等。投標人無法提供相關(guān)材料的，將視為無效業(yè)績。

Overview: The KL6-1 oil field is located in the south sea of Bohai Bay.The development project of KL6-1 oil field block 5-1 5-2 6-1 consists of 6 unmanned platform KL6-1 WHPB~WHPG, 1 central platform KL6-1 CEP connected with BZ35-2 CEPA by bridge. KL6-1 CEP treats the well fluids from wellhead platform KL6-1 WHPB ~WHPG, BZ35-2 CEPA and BZ29-6 oil field. Qualified crude oil will transport to KL3-2 CEP via a new subsea pipeline, then finally transport to Dongying terminal.

2. Qualification Requirements:

★The water injection pump shall be Axial split multistage centrifugal pump.

★The Water Injection Pump Skid shall be designed, manufactured, certified and tested in accordance with the requirements of Safety Rules for Offshore Fixed Platform Issued by State Economic Trade Commission. PRC (SETC). Supplier shall at his own cost arrange inspection and obtain inspection compliance certificate of Water Injection Pump Skid from one of the certifying agencies authorized by COOOSO, which are ABS, LIoyd_EpSingleQuotes_s, DNV,CCS, BV.

★The Water Injection Pump Skid provided by BIDDER shall be the mature products of the manufacturers (Should be the Pump manufacturer and the skid assemble manufacturer), the newly trial products would not been accepted. The products provided by Manufacturer shall have at least 1 projects (Limited to signing the contract after January 1, 2010, BB3 type, Capacity ≥300m3/h, Pump head ≥1000m) of two years or more of successful performance (from the date of commissioning acceptance report or the certificate issued by the user) on the Offshore Oil Platform or FPSO. The BIDDER shall provide the relevant supporting documents (contract and commissioning acceptance report or contract and the effective certificate issued by the user). If the pump head, pump capacity, the name of the facility and the user_EpSingleQuotes_s information are not included in the above documents, the bidder shall provide the valid documentation. In order to verify the performance of BIDDER, the Tenderee shall have the right to request the bidder to provide further relevant supporting information before the contract is awarded. Including but not limited to, technical documents such as technical agreement, technical clarification notes, drawings and calculations etc., certificate approved by the third party classification society, invoice, bank statements/slip, import and export customs declaration etc. If the BIDDER is unable to provide relevant materials, it will be regarded as invalid performance.

3.
